Hi! These are the important things i have prepared for my interview tomorrow, january 28, 2013

FOLDER A

1. Appointment letter

2. Passport (new & old)

3. BPI bank receipt

4. 2 copies ds156

5. 2 copies ds157

6. 1 copy ds156k

(I arranged it this way: ds156, ds157, ds156, ds157, ds156k.. I didn't paste my pictures yet.. Is it ok?)

7. 1 copy ds230 part 1

8. 3 pcs. 2x2 visa photos

FOLDER B (all originals)

1. Police clearance (jan. 2013)

2. NBI clearance (jan. 2013)

3. CENOMAR (jan 2013)

4. NSO Birth certificate (yellow paper)

FOLDER C (all originals)

1. Letter of intent to marry (jan. 2013)

2. Form I-134 affidavit of support (with supplement sheet signed and dated)

3. W2 and form 1040 ( 2009-2011)

4. Employment certificate (jan 2013)

5. Pay stubs (oct 2012-jan 2013)

6. Bank statements (july-dec 2012)

FOLDER D

1. Telephone bills/ magic jack call logs (2009-2013)

FOLDER E

1. St Luke's vaccination record and CD

SCRAPBOOK

1. Airplane tickets, hotel receipts, pictures of us together arranged from 2009 to 2012

Look like you have everything (you are fine not gluing the picture, no worries there). Remember smile and relax! All the best.

Oh, if you did not get extra copies of your NSO BC get 4-6 extra copies to bring to the states with you, you will be glad you did later.

I just finished my interview today... Visa approved!! Thanks everyone! Anyway, how will i know the status of my visa? The embassy didn't give me anything after the interview. I just want to check my status. Thank u

CEAC does not give very detailed information, logging on to the embassy website is better for tracking.

2. 2 ids with photos ( original and photocopies)

Bring original passport as well. And you might want to bring a copy of CENOMAR or divorce decrees (if any). Because sometimes the counselor will ask for additional documents. It depends on each case. Good luck!
