ok guys after some searching I see people are saying that they DO update the consulate schedule twice. Once towards the beginning and once towards the end. So hopefully they will add more to the list.

There is no record that any one got interview letter. Sometimes they do send out interview letter after publishing VB or end of the week. Lets see
