Please i will like a fast reply on this

should a tax return for the k1 visa interview be sent as a copy? like through email and i print it out?

or do i need the original copies?

and please how many years tax returns do i need for the k1 visa interview in lagos

If you send your tax return, include as forms and schedules…everything. Most folks opt for the tax transcripts. Consider using tax transcripts, available for free from the IRS, and they are accepted by USCIS.

It has been mentioned numerous times in these forums, that folks join through Lagos should provide 3 years of tax records.

Tell your fiance to order her tax transcripts, I told you all this a while ago, time is wasting. Anyway a copy would be fine. Most people file online these days so they just print of the 1040 after it's done. She should tax info for 2009 2010 2011
