In your case, you need to bring everything!! It seems you have not followed any of the directions from the VJ members nor have you read the guidelines on this process. You keep asking these questions over and over.

To make this short and simple for you.

Make one copy of EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE and take it with you to the interview.

plz we send pay stubs and emp letter to nvc by email just right now but taxes and AOS by post mail in the date written in the cover sheet will nvc review our documents?

Not likely. There is no way for them to determine which e-mail goes with the thousands of applications and petitions they receive each and every day. Keep the pay stubs and employment letter in a safe place and be ready to send in to them when they issue you an RFE or take them to the interview. You need to have proof of your employment. Tax transcripts show what you made last year and the years before and reported to the IRS. Pay stubs show current income and an employment letter show that you still have a job that backs up the pay stubs. Think of this entire process as if you are sitting in a court of law and proving each requirement. You need documentation that backs up your claims.

Expect them to ask for your pay stubs and employment letter when they begin reviewing your file. Send them in as instructed and you will be fine. Until then, relax and enjoy the wait.

It makes no difference which form you are submitting, all are called Affadavit of Support (I-864XXXX) and all require the sponsor to list their income. What is to keep me from saying I make $250,000 per year--the documentation I send in to PROVE that income. The tax returns show last year's income. The USCIS does not really care about last year. They care about CURRENT income. How do you prove what you make NOW? You send in a few of your pay stubs to show the salary you are making and you get a letter from your employer stating you have a job, for how long, and its rate of pay. As I stated in the above response: Think of this process as if you are sitting in a court of law and the burden of proof is on YOU thoughout this entire process.

Good luck,

Dave

Once your case is complited with NVC and been notify, there is no need to send any documents unless they request it. So my advice is to keep all what you have in safe place to your interview, and never give unless they ask for it. Good luck

I am responding as you can't seem to read what is right in front of you when someone gives you a direct answer to your question. You asked about your pat stubs and the poster gave you this response below.

Keep the pay stubs and employment letter in a safe place and be ready to send in to them when they issue you an RFE or take them to the interview. You need to have proof of your employment. Tax transcripts show what you made last year and the years before and reported to the IRS. Expect them to ask for your pay stubs and employment letter when they begin reviewing your file. Send them in as instructed and you will be fine.

Now what is it above you don't understand here? Keep all your darn paystubs as its too late now to send as you didn't follow any directions from VJ before you sent your paperwork. We all told you beforehand what to send but you didn't. So now your case will receive a RFE most likely and be delayed due to choosing the wrong i864 as your fiancé stated you did. Too bad now you wait it out due to your wrong errors.
