We have sent out our AOS and DS230 and our case has been expedited... I am not sure to wait to hear from the consulate or to go ahead and have my husband schedule his appointment for his medical... I have been keeping myself educated on everything and now all the sudden its like.. oops?

Sept 1, 2011: Met at a service station my first night in England

Sept 15, 2011: Came down to where I go to University to spend a week with me

Oct 15, 2011: Went to London to be with him.. one of many trips between us

Oct 30, 2011: Engaged

Dec 20, 2011: Married

Feb 20, 2011: I-130 Sent

Mar 12, 2011: Rejected because of payment, waiting for packet to come back so I can resubmit it with proper payment.

April: Another rejection because I signed in the wrong place

May 1 2012: Sent I-130 AGAIN

May 7 2012: Received NOA1

May 17 2012: Received NOA2

June 18 2012: NVC stuff came in

July 6 2012: Called because never received NVC info

July 10 2012: Email with instructions received

August 1 2012: sent out AOS payment and AOS packet plus the other form

August 29 2012: had to get on a plane and fly away from the love my life.

Sept 12 2012: still no news from NVC, refiling all of my paperwork... feels like we have been apart forever already

Sept 14 2012: Emailed 3032 and resent I-864 with case number on every page, cover sheet and rechecked about 35 times to make sure it was all right

Oct, 1 2012: didn't check well enough received RFE

Oct, 13 2012: resent the packet with the information needed by the NVC

Oct, 14: Husband sent DS 230 from the UK

They recommend to wait until you have an interview date. I scheduled before, on the next day of my exams I had an interview date. :D

OP, I posted a link to your thread here in the UK regional forum. Hopefully those with full knowledge of scheduling the medical in the UK will be along shortly to give you country specific answers.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

If you know the new LND case number from NVC then Knightsbridge will let you make an appointment. Make sure he has his shots before he goes, especially if his NHS shot nurse will do them free. Some charge and some don't. Would be best to know NVC has already sent the file to London before medical results arrive at the embassy without a corresponding immigrant on file. There's always the chance it could get misplaced, but probably not. Knightsbridge clinic normally has an abundance of appointments, so normally there is no long wait time to get in if that's worrying you. You could probably get in next week if you call tomorrow (Friday). Or you can try to guess how long an expedite will take and schedule it 2-3 weeks from now. Does expedite mean they will finish up the case and also assign your interview. Or do they ship it off and it will be up to you to get London to expedite an interview?

Tip: If he answers yes to any of the major medical conditions on the checklist like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, etc, then Knightsbridge will want further information from his GP which will delay your results. So prepare in advance by getting a statement from his GP describing condition, dates, treatment/medications, cured or ongoing, and general prognosis for future. If he has no health issues then no records are needed except immunizations.
