CASE COMPLETE ON OCT 25! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

Neither of us have received an email but was just told when we called NVC. Is this normal to not receive the email? :unsure:

Firstly, congrats! Yup, it took 7 days to receive my email from the time I was advised the case was complete on the phone. 8 days for my better half.

    05/10/12 - Filed I-130 Petition
    05/17/12 - NOA1 Received
    05/22/12 - I797C Received
    08/02/12 - NOA2 Received
    08/30/12 - DS3032(DS261) & I864 bill received, sent, & paid
    09/01/12 - Receive I-864 Package
    09/08/12 - Submit I-864 Package
    09/14/12 - Receive & pay IV Invoice
    09/18/12 - IV Payment Complete & DS-260 Unlocked
    09/20/12 - Submit DS-260
    10/04/12 - Submit DS-260 Supporting Documents
    10/10/12 - Medical
    10/15/12 - Resubmitted I-864 Package
    10/18/12 - Case Complete
    11/01/12 - Case expedited to Montreal
    11/14/02 - Interview
    11/14/02 - APPROVED

:blink: Ughhhhh delay after delay after misunderstanding after delay. Sometimes I wonder WHY I even bother. Well I guess I will just read through my 1100 pieces of VJ mail. So sad and disappointed right now. Another flippin month of NVC. Sorry can't fake my disappoinment. I am utterly sad! I need wine and Ice Cream.:crying: :crying:

Because in the end, you get to be with your loved one. We have to keep reminding ourselves of that (even if mine is starting to get a bit annoying on the phone - we're both over this whole darn thing). I'm so sorry this is dragging on, though - I'm sending you a virtual pint of B&J and some chardonnay!

Is anyone else having trouble with NVC website??? I unable to make a payment!!!! When I selected the fee I want to pay then click on on pay selected fee it does not do anything....

I had that problem (which was very annoying) - I changed my browser and it worked just fine.

10 Sept 2012 - USCIS approved!!

NVC:

20 Sept 2012 - NVC received

21 Sept 2012 - Case# & IIN received

24 Sept 2012 - DS-3032 e-mailed

26 Sept 2012 - AOS bill invoiced/payment sent

27 Sept 2012 - AOS bill shows PAID

28 Sept 2012 - AOS packet sent

01 Oct 2012 - AOS packet received by NVC

05 Oct 2012 - DS-3032 accepted

09 Oct 2012 - AOS packet reviewed/accepted

09 Oct 2012 - IV bill invoiced/payment sent

It was posted in Nov. Thread. He got blue slip. They wanted more proof from when we first became friends in 2010. Already sent and has to go back Nov. 13 to give it to them.
