Just received a RFE today. I have to send them more "good faith marriage" evidence.

K1 Visa Process -> 12/09-06/10 Married -> 09/10/10 AOS Process -> 09/10-12/10 Removal of Conditions-> 09/12-07/13

U.S. Naturalization -> 7/8/20

Im March2010

My wife received a letter that her application was accepted. It was postmarked on the 16th and arrived today. Good luck to everybody.

PS can someone please update our info in the table. Thank u.

1/12/2015 - Application sent to Phoenix service center by USPS priority mail

1/14/2015 - Package received in Phoenix

1/16/2015 - NOA date (hard copy received 1/22)

1/20/2015 - Check cashed

2/09/2015 - Biometrics

2/11/2015 - In line for interview

It's to see things are moving along. My RFE letter states that will have to shoe a "Good Faith Marriage" spanning from the time we got married until now. The issue is most of the bills are in my name (since my wife hasn't really established her credit yet). I was thinking about sending these things as additional evidence

- Ultrasound, medical docs (my wife is currently pregnant)

- We just bought a house. The mortgage is my name, but I will need to get the title/deed in her name as well because they want to see that we are residing together.

-I will send them our home insurance policy with both our names on it as well as car insurance.

-We have a new savings account with our name on it (although I have already sent them info on 2 of our checking accounts)

-Our most recent tax return transcript (I already sent them 2010-2011)

-I will need to add her name to a utility bill (I guess the phone bill is not enough).

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

What about any life insurance, costco membership cards etc? Do you have any medical or 401k through work that has her as the beneficiary? Our insurance cards show both our names on them with the same plan numbers. or statements from the diff office visits? Send in any thing you have from Oct-now as well since that will show continuation on the docs you already sent.

Sorry to hear about your RFE. I am not sure if you sent in affidavit from friends and family confirming your relationship. We got letters from our pastor, mother-in-law and also friends as well. Best of luck as you repackage your documents. Goodluck to everyone too
