Hello Everyone!

I just thought I would write and say that we have finally received our NOA2 confirmation text after 193 days! Thank you to everyone who has helped us get this far! And to those still waiting for Vermont Service Center, keep holding on and I strongly suggest getting the text message updates, it's fabulous!

Thanks again!

Oh and last quick question.....does my Fiance have to wait for the packets to arrive to him to go to the medical? or do we only have to wait for the case number?

For the Philippines we got the case number and downloaded the packets from the Manila embassy website

Follow the K-1 Flowchart (located in the GUIDES section, at the top of the forum page), check the Europe/Eurasia regional forum, and the Embassy info page for more information. After the NOA2 and NVC phase, each interviewing consulate/embassy has different procedures.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

I did my medical in Frankfurt soon as I received my NOA2. At this point I already had my case number, however, the physician did say it was not a problem if I didn't have it.. My packet 3 from the embassy, stated that I should follow step 3-7 (as below). Good luck with your processs :-)
