Hello, All VJ Members, I am a petitioner and have filed I 130 For my wife in July.. Please all members who have filed I 130, please share your journey of Visa Process here..As we all know the process of getting approval is a nightmare. Waiting for NOA2..lets hope it come soon... Good Luck to all.

This probably won't be much of a condolence to most, but the processing times on the USCIS website have been updated. VSC is at July 2nd, and CSC is at July 5th. Fingers crossed for some more approval

i am july filer also we passed our I-130 july 23 and got approval first approval august 9 (NOA1). and until now were still initial review.. :unsure: :unsure:

i filed in july and haven't heard one word from USCIS since my NOA1, hoping for a christmas miracle or i will give them a call after new years. how do i get my timeline to show when i post?

On the upper right corner of your screen, you will see your username. Click the arrow next to your username and then click "My Settings" on the drop down menu, then click the "Profile" tab, then click the "Signature" option.
