UPDATE!

July 16, 2012 - I went to St. Luke's QC with my mom. The dermatologist explained lots of things on why the doctor at St. Luke's Extension needed to have my white patches checked. She said that she would write and submit her report within three working days. I paid the consultation fee which is 850 pesos. Thus, I plan to give St. Luke's Extension a call before this week ends.

July 17, 2012 - Hubby sent my DS-2001 through e-mail.

July 18, 2012 - We received an e-mail from IVMNLAppointments@state.gov:

If you would like to schedule your case for an interview appointment, please visit this website: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph or you may call the Visa Information and Appointment Services at (632)-982-5555 (from the Philippines) or (214)571-1600 (from the United States). Immigrant and K visa applicants may also request a visa appointment via this new call center number: (632) 902-8930. The call center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on U.S. and Philippine holidays. You must have the case number, passport number, and passport expiry date for each applicant (principal applicant and derivative family members) ready when requesting a visa appointment. You should compile all required documents and undergo the medical examination before your interview. It is important that you must have your complete documents; otherwise, your visa application will be refused or you may be asked to return for another appointment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please read and follow all interview preparation instructions for immigrant or fiancé(e) K1/K3 visa applicants located on the Embassy’s web site at http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html. The instructions contained at the web site will inform you of the required documentation and procedures to follow prior to the interview date.

A consular officer will determine if you are qualified for a visa during the interview. However, if the officer determines that the documentation or information already provided is insufficient to establish eligibility for a visa, the officer may request the submission of additional documents or require additional information until the true facts of the case can be ascertained.

If your visa is approved, it will be delivered to your designated address at no additional cost.

- Hubby also called today to set our interview date. The call center agent said that I have to get my Medical Exam done first. That's weird because I was asked several times at St. Luke's about my interview date. We tried to do it online, but there's a problem on how they set up my hubby's account. We've e-mailed them about the problem. So yea, we are waiting again! lol
