Hi.

July filer it time to started our N400 , I was just packing my N-400 even it will be mailed on the 23 July but we need to gear up for the final touch for all these process,

Best advice to you all, which I am sure you guys know by now, is compare DO of other earlier filers(March till now) to have idea of what to come.

Some will sneer you and some wont.

Yes we were!! I've checked out the speed of Seattle for this last leg and it looks like we could get citizenship by the end of September - just in time to register to vote before election. I checked things out here in our county and one MUST be registered by October 7th to vote.

Yaay that will be a great thing i will be :dance: if that happens thats a great news but most people say it depends on your local uscis office and in boise they are always free lool................ :yes:

I am going to send out N-400 package on July 9 (4 yrs 9 months since non-marriage based LPR).

I have a question: Can USCIS schedule interview/oath date before 5-year anniversary date? or they must pick a date after that?

Will be sending mine towards the end of July. I supposed to send it today but I'm still waiting for another 2 trascripts from IRS then on Monday I will be out of state and be back on the 20th.

I believe tax transcripts are required for marriage-based naturalization. Is your N-400 based on marriage-based GC (3 years) or normal GC (5 years)?
