Documents Petitioner's

-Petitioner's Birthday certificate and copies

-Petitioner's Passport and copies

-Petitioner's Driving License and copies

-Petitioner's SSN Card

-Divorce Decree and copies

Documents Beneficiary's

-Beneficiary's Birth Certificate with Translation and copies

-Beneficiary's Passport and copies

-Beneficiary's Visa and copies

-I-94 and copies

-State Id and copies

-EAD/AP card and copies

-SSN Card

As Proof of Petitioner's Income for Affidavit of Support:

-IRS transcripts for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and copies

-Petitioner's 2011 W2 and copies

-Letter from Petitioner's Employer as proof of income and copies

-Four paystubs (including the most recent) and copies

As Proof of Married and Ongoing Relationship:

-Photo Album with wedding pictures

- Photo Album with pictures since we met and our trips.

-Scrapbook with cards (bridal shower + wedding) and receipts from the wedding ( dress,shoes,rings,etc)

- Marriage Certificate and copies

-Petitioner's Life Insurance Form Showing Beneficiary's name and copies

- Petitioner's Medical and Dental Coverage Letter showing Beneficiary's name and copies

- Medical Insurance Cards and copies

- Electricity bill with both of our names and copies

-Att electronic bill where it shows that one of the numbers of our family plan is mine and copies

-Costco card membership and copies

- Joint Bank account (check account and savings account) and copies

- Credit Card statements and copies

-Copies of credit and debit cards with my name

-3 affidavits of personal relationship stating our story together.

-All notifications from USCIS and copies

-Interview notification and copies

-Money Gram reciepts

-Plane tickets from when we went to Disneyland together

-Dec 2006: Arrived with an F1 visa

-Dec 2007: Met USC.

-Dec 2009: Got Engaged.

-Jan 2010: Fell out of Status.

-Oct 2010: Married USC.

-Feb 2012: Filed I-130/AOS

I-130/AOS Timeline

Day 0: 02/25/12: Mailed concurrent I-130/AOS Package to the Chicago Lockbox

Day 2: 02/27/12: Package arrived at the Chicago Lockbox.

Day 5: 03/01/12: Email acceptance confirmation received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765.

Day 13: 03/09/12: NOA1s received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. Biometrics letter also received and scheduled for March 27th.

Day 24: 03/20/12: Email notification for RFE.

Day 27: 03/23/12: Hardcopy RFE received in the mail.

Day 31: 03/27/12: Biometrics completed.

Day 40: 04/05/12: Mailed off the RFE.

Day 44: 04/09/12: RFE Delivered.

Day 46: 04/11/12: USCIS received RFE and case updated online.

Day 55: 04/20/12: EAD approved!

Day 60: 04/25/12: Received 2nd "EAD in Production" Email.

Day 61: 04/26/12: EAD Mailed.

Day 63: 04/28/12: EAD in hand!

Day 74: 05/09/12: Interview date scheduled for June 12th.

Day 75: 05/10/12: Interview letter in hand.

Day 108: 06/12/12: Interview.

Day 110: 06/14/12: Received I-485 & I-130 approval emails.

Day 114: 06/18/12: Received I-130 & I-485 Approval hardcopies.

Day 115: 06/19/12: Received GC in production email.

Day 116: 06/20/12: Received "GC mailed" & "USPS picked up your GC" emails.

Day 118: 06/22/12: GC arrived in the mail

March 16th 2014: Eligible to file ROC.

March 16th 2015: Eligible to file for naturalization.

wow thats an extensive list!! funny thing i think its better to be over prepared then not enough..u really never know what they will ask u for... other then my scrapbooks and supporting bonifide documents of the marriage they didnt ask me for anything else..but again u never know but your list looks awesome

Day 0: 03/06/12 Mailed Package

Day 2: 03/08/12 Package arrive @ Chicago Lockbox

Day 11: 03/17/12 NOA's arrive for all 3 forms

Day 18: 03/24/12 Biometric appt letter receieved for 4/16/12

Day 41: 04/16/12 Biometric appt

Day 42: 04/17/12 Called USCIS to fix Name problem at biometric appt

Day 56: 05/01/12 Status updated on website EAD in production

Day 57: 05/02/12 Status updated on website Interview appt 06/05

Day 62: 05/07/12 EAD MAILED!!!

Day 65: 05/10/12 EAD IN HAND!!!

Day 69: 05/14/12 Applied for SSN

Day 74: 05/19/12 SS Card IN HAND!!

Day 91: 06/05/12 Interview @ 8:30am: APPROVED ON THE SPOT!!

Day 91: 06/05/12 around 6 pm received text that updated aproved status on USCIS website

*Some Day between 06/07/12-06/11/12 We received two notices that we were aproved

one for hubby and one for me..do no know exact date because we were out of town*

Day 96: 06/11/12 text received USCIS mailed GC

Day 96: 06/11/12 another text received USPS picked up GC

Day 99: 06/14/12 GC in hand!!!!!!!!!!!
