How do I put the K1 Visa together for shipment?

Hey everyone,

I'm finally finished getting my materials together for the K1 Visa. Does anyone know how to package the petition itself. Do you use a folder with three ring holes, a clip to hold them together, a staple, a report cover, etc...? I don't want to just drop it into an envelope at the Post Office.

Thanks in advance!

1 very large paper clip.

Put it in the envelope and go mail it. No binders, no rings, no folders, nothing fancy.

Absolutely no point for you to waste your time and your money.

They take it apart throw everything away and use their own folders and their own clips.

As the poster above advised is good. And do not forget to add a cover page listing all the documents and the order you placed them. This helps them in knowing that you have included all the necessary docs.

I used small paper clips to seperate each section, ie, paperclip i-129f with money order on top, paperclip my bio w/ passport photo, paperclip for her bio w/ passport photo, paper clip for evidence... etc. nothing binding the entire package except the envelop it was mailed in. no problems, nothing lost, no rfe, and approval last week.

I placed all my pages in a folder, and divided each catergory (forms, all of our trips together and secondary evidence) with page dividers. People debate on here that this is or this isnt the best way, but to be perfectly honest if you have everything that they require from you you have nothing to worry about!

Organisation is the key to success!
