FLOTUS Michelle Obama Requires Photo ID for Her Book Signings

Ya. Don’t. Say.

On Friday, June 8th, those wishing to attend the event must purchase a copy of the First Lady’s book at the location and leave it at the store, according to the employee. At the same time, customers must also submit their social security number and show an official photo ID (driver’s license, passport)to a Secret Service agent, and they will be issued a wristband to the First Lady’s event on June 12.

Well then, to deploy Democrat logic which states that requiring the presentation of photo is racist and discriminatory, the first lady’s requirement to show photo ID in order to see her is racist and discriminatory. Michelle Obama is a discriminating racist.

Isn't it? I'm sure Michelle Obama specifically told the SS to ask for this information because she didn't want to sign any books. Why would she want to sell her own book and make money? :bonk:

Shhh, don't ask logical questions. The Obamas are evil in these parts.

Where in the Constitution is the right to a signed copy of the First Lady's book discussed? There are various amendments to the Consitution discussing specifically the right to vote but I have not yet come across any that discuss the right to an autograph from the First Lady. Can someone point me to the relevant text, please?

It would be interesting to learn if any similar measures were taken for previous First Ladies... in which case, they are all a bunch of discriminating racists, according to you...:rofl::rofl::rofl::o

Seems to me that the suggestion made here is that there is as much of a right to an autograph as there is a right to vote. I wasn't aware of that so I'd like to get some clarification on that matter. Always open to learn something new, you know?

Oh, I'm with you. I'm always fascinated by these comments and their justifications.

It is really sad that after so many years, there are those who are still experiencing the self-imposed afflictions of accepting an educated young black woman as FLOTUS.
