HIII!! SO TODAY WE HAD OUR 3RD INTERVIEW AT BOSTON OFFICCE!! WE HAD A LAWYER WITH US ALSO!! SO THE OFFICER WAS GOOD AND ASK US LIKE 20 QUESTIONS AND TO 3-4 QUESTIONS OUR ANSWERS WERE LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT LIKE:HOW MUCH IM GETTING FOR UNEMPLOYMENT AND MY WIFE SAID 250 $ MONTHLY BUT I SAID WEEKLY AND THERE WAS A PRICE DIFFERENCE IN OUR RENT BECAUSE WE WRE PAYING 1200 AT THE BEGGINING AND NOW ONLY 800 $ AND THE OFFICER ASK US WHY THE RENT CHANNGE AND STUFF ,AND HE WAS PICKY ABOUT THE BANK ACCOUNT HE ASK US IF WE HAV MORE STATEMENTS FROM BEFORE!! WE BROUGHT ONLY 3 OF THEM FROM LAST 3 MONTHS !!AT THE END SAID THAT HE WILL REVIEW THE PAPERS AND SEND US DECISION IN THE MAIL IF THEY NEED MORE EVIDENCE OR SOMETHING ELSE !! ALL OVER WE HAD ASOME DISCREPENCY IN 2-3 QUESTIONS LIKE MIXING YEARS AND THE UNEMPLOYMENT WEEKLY OR MONTHLY PAYMENT!! SO WHAT DO YPU GUYS THINK!! WE ARE MERRIED FOR 6 YEARS

Why 3rd interview? Also they tend to that now...They don't approve you at the interview. They would request more evidence and make you wait

Immigrant's country is not all that relevant.

This was a Stokes interview. They are done when the interviewing officer suspects that the couple is not living together in a bona fide marriage.

Sounds like the IO really didn't like the idea of having a lawyer there, so it's just another excuses to delay, ONCE AGAIN about your application.

Contact your congressman again, because this, is so far the most ridiculous story of ROC I've ever heard.

I think if you said this with your N-400 IO, you are pretty much done for lol.

I am a bit confused, why would you file for I-751 if you have been married for 6 years, shouldn't you have gotten the 10 year green card if you were married for 2 years!!! please fill out your timeline.

He did, however it was RFE after another RFE, interview after another interview.

Like OP said, they are screwing with him.

There should be no attorneys needed to begin with. They (USCIS) think everybody is a criminal and GUILTY until proven otherwise. Trolling applicants for fun at tax payers' expense with their "I'm the one who decides your fate and you can't do sh*t about it" mentality. It's plain and simple, profiling and discrimination, and they know we can't fight it because we aren't citizens.

they are accuising us that our 2 joint bank accounts are fake,why we file tax return electronicly like 300.000.000 americans are doing why this and that !! all mess !! i dont know what to say !! we will see how the judge gonna do !! i have no idea,no comment or anything else .....
