Respected sir/madam

Some people says it's better to have an attorney when you want to get it in US.They say if you not get a lawyer your permenant resident card may be more delay than others who had attorney.

What do you think of it?I don't like to pay much money on it.But i like to have a resident card ,Cuz my fiance needs me to work.

And some people say it's complex proccess getting an attorney make it very easy.

Help

If it's a straightforward case, I don't think lawyer is needed.

I am sure lots of people here did AOS by themselves.

I'm so confused. You have a thread going in the K1 forum about an interview, but you say you haven't filed anything yet. You also say she's your girlfriend and your spouse. I have no idea what your situation is, or how complicated it is. I'm just lost.

How are you at the point where you're concerned about a green card?

I'm asking random questions. If you not intrested don't answer me.Respected,

And if admin not allow me to post i never visit here.

Regards,

Thank you jkelly07

I've attempted to answer you, but on this forum, we need to know what your situation is. You haven't made it clear if you've filed for anything, if you're married, if you have a visa of any kind. In order to answer your questions, people need to know the circumstances.

I think your intentions for being on VJ are very questionable and yes I have a say about it because

fraud is the reason why I am currently visiting my husband through the internet daily for the past 9 months and counting.

Please if you have a fiance, wife or are a student and wish to live here read the guides then ask your valid questions.

Otherwise the people on here are onto your suspicious inquiries and should be aware of them not being with good intentions.

Fraud is a definite possibility now rather than trolling. Moderators, can anything be done?

aram22...you can't just ask random questions on here without a background and expect to get 'respectful' answers. We can't help you if you don't give us something to base the answer on. Every situation is different. You say she is your girlfriend, but you married her and want a K1. Now you are concerned about a green card. No one will take you seriously if you keep playing this game.

I'm respectfully of the opinion you're not allowed a green card if you had sex with your gf before you got married in a church and then filed your K-1.

total WIN!
