The interview was at 2:30 but we got there approximately 40 minutes early, we went through security and then checked in. After we checked in a lady at the counter told us to go to the appointment room and wait until we were called by an IO. When we got in the appointment room there were about 6 other couples waiting to be interviewed. While we sat there, me and my wife were a bit worried after we saw all couples there with bags of papers, photo albums etc, we started to think that we didn't bring enough documents etc.

We eventually got called in some minutes to 3, the IO lead us down a hallway to his office. He show us which seat the petitioner should sit into and which seat was for the applicant, he then swore us in. He asked my wife the first question while he was still walking around his little office, he then started to chit chat with us which made the environs way more comfortable for us. He asked when we got married and where, and a few other questions. He then told us we were approved...

After he told us that we were approved, he start explaining that he could tell we are the real deal. He also complimented my wife on her wedding dress as we had send in about 5 of our wedding photos with the AOS package. He said the main reason was because we got married in a church and most people that come to for AOS got married at the court house etc, he said that seems to be a dying tradition.

He then asked me the yes/no questions to which i had a few laughs, especially the one that ask if i have ever been a male prostitute in my home country. He also laughed and said i have to ask it. After the yes/no questions, he again said i was approved, then explained the removal of condition that he have to do 90 days coming on to the end of 2 years. He then said, he would give me an approval stamp but he can't because they are trying to cut that out, he then attempted to print out an approval notice but he said, there was a problem accessing the share drive on the network to print the notice. He then followed us out and told us good luck! Got home and checked USCIS website and it was already updated "On May 8 card production was ordered!"
