We used Travelocity to book our flights and hotel. They bring up a list of hotels with available rooms and you can pick and chose which one you want. We got it at a reasonable price too. The package was $2555.00 for two round trip flights from Calgary and 10 days at the Holiday Inn.

Thanks sheeshkabelle..our interview gonna be on June 11, right after grand prix and beer festival weekend. All hotels downtown r full for June 8-10, and due to work we gotta leave on the 11th.. We finally found something midtown and about $1000 for two round trip from Toronto and 1 night.

They sent me an email on Friday but I couldn't open it, so I called and they verified our interview date and they advised me that they would resend the email but I've yet to receive it, the rep told me alot of people were sent these types of emails so they're busy resenting the emails out, so maybe that's what cause the delay in you receiving the email
