Hello all May filers, let's gather here and wait together. I sent my AOS package last Thursday and it was delivered today.

Good luck to all of us. May we all have a smooth and speedy journey :)

Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

Waiting.... Hopefully no Checklist. :)

Hi everyone! I filed in march but no progress only had my biometrics (april 13) done and no EAD yet!!!

fingers crosses for some progress soon! :star:

March 19th - received NOA

April 13th - Biometrics

May 03rd - notified of interview (06/13/2012)

May 06th - received interview letter in mail

May 11th - received notification of EAD card in production

May 19th - EAD in hand

May 23rd - Applied for SSC

May 29th - Received social security card in mail (card in hand)

June 13th - Interview (approved on the spot)

June 13th - got notification of approval

June 18th - Card in production (also received welcome letter in mail)

June 21st - Green Card in hand

End of this journey....

March 19th - received NOA

April 13th - Biometrics

May 03rd - notified of interview (06/13/2012)

May 06th - received interview letter in mail

May 11th - received notification of EAD card in production

May 19th - EAD in hand

May 23rd - Applied for SSC

May 29th - Received social security card in mail (card in hand)

June 13th - Interview (approved on the spot)

Received the notice that my application was accepted yesterday at 10:30pm just eating on the I797 in the mail 7-10 days

Im starting to worry we sent out our package on April 25th and we still haven't got any e-notification!!!!! The check hasnt been cashed out either, we sent it with return delivery receipt, it said it was delivered but we didnt get anything back signed...Im so stressed out right now!

AOS Sent: 2012-04-25

AP: Sent 2012-04-25

EAD:Sent 2012-04-25

NOA (email) : 2012-05-08

NOA (hard copy) 2012-05-14

RFE for 2011 Tax return: May 29th 2012

Biometrics appointment letter: June 7th 2012

RFE Response Review: June 21st 2012

Second RFE notification by email: June 25th 2012, need a joint sponsor, despite meeting poverty requirements, USCIS apparently doesnt know how to read figures...

Biometrics appointment: 2012-06-28

Second RFE Review: July 30th, 2012 Hopefully now things will move on!

EAD/AP Approved/Card Production August 13th 2012

Email for Interview scheduled September 19th, August 14th 2012

Hard Copy Interview notice: August 15th 2012

EAD/AP Combo Card in hand: August 20th 2012

Interview:approved on the spot, stamp in passport: September 19th 2012

GC in hand: September 29h

Checked my status today and saw that they mailed out information for my EAD also ...just waiting to receive everything in the mail

That was fast, congratulations! I sent mine on the 27th and it was delivered on May 1st but they still haven't cashed the check. :crying:

We are on the same boat, I am starting to stress out. My husband's advice is to give it a little more time, maybe a couple weeks.

Yep give it two weeks then call USCIS.
