RFE RECEIVED

I received RFE last Saturday (4-14-2012)and hastely read the letter without paying proper attention to all the requests. I was asked to do three things which are: answer the "Yes or No' question related to conviction in I-129F form, provide proof of meeting fiance within two years before filing I-129F application and Divorce degree of previous marriage. I only answered the question on the form and returned the form back to USCIS the same day. Upon returning home in the evening, I read the copy of the letter again and discovered that I needed to submit other documents beside the form. On Monday morning (4-16-2012)I sent another complete package including the copy of the form mailed on Saturday, certified mail, to USCIS-CSC again. On Tuesday (4-17-2012), I got a text and email that my document was received and is under review. I believe they are referring to the document mailed on Saturday. I track the other mail on USPS online site on Tueday and saw that a notice was left for USCIS to pick up document. I checked the status of the certified mail again on Wednesday and was confirmed delivered that Wednesday morning. To my surprise, USCIS has not update their site or text me that another package was received from me. To all you people of VJ, my question to you is have anyone of you experienced this kind of sending documents twice instead of at once to USCIS and what is the outcome of your application? Also, being that the letter stated that all documents must be sent at the same time, would that lead into deny of my I-129 F application or make the processing time longer than expected? Although, I called USCIS TIER 2 and explained what happened and I was advised to call back in two weeks if there is no case update for my application. I was also informed that sending the document in two package won't make no difference as long as is within the allowable time stipulated on their request letter. Please let me know your experience on this issue.

If they're not matched up, then your petition will be adjucated based on the information from original submission and the first RFE response. Call them up, ask to speak to a tier 2 since the first person you speak to, can't and won't do anything for you that can't be read from a script.
