Guys if it's says up to 2.5 months it's meen that next month it will be minimum 2.5 months or maybe more. Up to 2.5 months it doesn't meen it's gonna move 2.5 or less.up to its meen forward not less.i predict for next mont 1.or 8 Feb 2010.or maybe 22jan2010

I hope it would move of up to 2.5months each month so everyone here could be reunited with their spouses the soonest possible time. It's very hard to maintain a relationship when the 2 people involved are thousand miles away from each other. And the children suffer as well. So good luck to all.

I was laid off two weeks before I received e-mail from NVC asking me to submit AOS/Other documents. Since I can not file AOS with no job in hand, I did not file AOS and/or IV documents yet.

F2A: up to two and one half months

F2B: three to six weeks

F3: three to six weeks

F4: three to five weeks

Please be advised that the above ranges are only estimates for what could happen during each of the next few months based on current applicant demand patterns. The determination of the actual monthly cut-off dates is subject to fluctuations in applicant demand which can occur at any time. Those categories with a “Current” projection will remain so for the foreseeable future.

So be clear its not just for June. Its for upcoming few months. So be happy.

yep....coming months means may be 3 or 4 months....and i guess it should be upto new fiscal year for vb which starts from october month....so we may have two positive things(hope so)

Yes..I also have the same thought.

1. This rate (up to 2.5 months per month) will go up to the end of this fiscal year and cut off date will reach up to August 2010 (the cut off date before the retrogression) .
   
2. After that it may be little bit slow. But good thing is new visas for new fiscal year will be available.
   

So lets be Positive.
