Nope, nothing yet.

Most of the next week, will be holidays in Argentina too; which means they won't even go to work.

Unlike you, they gave my passport back, with the B2 cancelled without prejudice.. and they gave me instructions on how to send my passport back to them, to have the K1 stamped... they just never said WHEN to send it back.

I looked at the other paper she gave me, and it's no other than the dreaded 221G.. BUT instead of asking for ANY of the things listed on those papers (and that are normally the ones we see in the forum).. she's asking for the i-95s under OTHER.

She said to send an email with either, the i-95s scanned or saying that we couldn't find it.... like we did. So, I'm thinking we only have to wait until they reply to that email

I'm trying really hard not to go crazy.... but I won't rest until they, at least, tell me more on my situation.

I've always prayed... so I'll stay true to my faith and keep praying.

The lawyer told me there's a Privacy Act form I could fill out, that's a free application, and that should give me all the info they need: however, she suggested NOT to offer that unless they ask for it. USCIS could take months to locate those records, and they might even approve me (as the Consul said) because, either way, it's been over 10 years.

Well I think and will pray this is just a minor hiccup/delay in your case. Hold out the patients and your good news should come soon! The fact that its been over 10 years really makes it sound assuring!
