the instructions include a lot of extra evidence that i don't think we need. what did you include???

here is what i could gather so far:

- copy of passport, visa, and green card

- 2011 joint state and federal tax returns

- joint bank account statements

- car insurance info statements that shows spouse as additional driver. (my policy)

- notice that credit card has added spouse as joint member on account

- another credit card notice stating spouse is now part of joint account

- credit card statements addressed to myself and spouse (joint account)

- new years and christmas cards addressed to us

- copy of itinerary for international trip last year

- copy of plane tix from said trip

- photos of us at multiple weddings, with friends, family, and on vacation

going to get at office:

- print out of health insurance showing husband as member on policy (cards do not have his name)

- try to add husband as beneficiary on 401k plan (do i really need this???) :blink:

and that is about all i can get i think.

don't want to get affidavits. that is just a hassle. :lol:

RFE today... nothing spectacular we didn't send the passport page copy with my date of entry and because I don't have a i-94 I'm going to send the computer print out of my ESTA that shows validity to Nov. this year. Just adds another week or so to processing I should imagine.

(tell you what it was kinda nice to get something in the mail... just lets me know it's in process)

We're at the same stage. Hiccup, RFE, will send tomorrow. I'll be keeping an eye out for your updates. Hopefully things will progress equally or near to. We can exchange notes.

- Proof of filing tax (2010-11)

We have recevied NOA notices for our EAD and AOS. We have not gotten a bio meteics appointment for fingerprinting yet.
