CSC TRANSFERS : DECEMBER 2011

since cases transferred to CSC usually get longer waiting times than those which weren't transferred, i just thought it would be a nice idea to start this topic...

anybody here whose AOS case was transferred to CSC december of last year who got his/her green card already??? my case was transferred december 5th, last touch was when i had my biometrics done on december 13th, no AOS update since then...

We were transferred December 2. I think it will be another month or two until approval based on the current timelines I am seeing on VJ.

We were transferred in December as well. Originally filed everything at the end of September. I'm not expecting to hear anything until at least April. So much for getting transferred for quicker processing. I would have rather gone through the interview process. At least Colin has his EAD and can finally start working. He was bored to tears at home everyday.

Our case was transfered at the very end of November and we are still awaiting our green card. I actually called last Friday and was told they were processing midle of Augusts still and would not put in a service request till we've hit the 180 days mark( 6 months)/ We were less then thrilled. But I just read on the the Oct AOS discussion that some one was just approved from the CSC. So apprently they are working on the beginning of Octobers right now. Hope this helps. We are getting very impatient it's been long enough. But aleast we can do this waiting together!

Transfered Dec 16th. EAD and AP received, but nothing else. Wish we had gotten the interview to.

Wow, I called them last week too and I was told that they were working on July 29th. I'd rather think that they are working on mid-August applications, sounds more optimistic

I've also seen people from late octber being approved by the csc (AOS)... so I don't know what to believe.

We are still waiting for my hubby's GC so far nothing no email no mail or RFE it's dissapeared. Ay body else have any updates?

We got an RFE on March 16th for more medical information. The case status still says "reviewing request for evidence". I'm hoping we don't get another RFE and get that green card already. I'm ready to relax and forget about the government for another year and a half.
