March 2012 AOS filers

We mailed our paperwork on 02/24/2012, and received emails & texts for the acceptance of out I-485, I-765, I-130 on 03/02/2012.

We did not file I-131 as we are switching from F1 and my hubby was out of status.

We have not received the mailed NOA1 as of yet.

I am not really sure if I am considered a Feb or March filer. My I-130 & I-765 were accepted on Feb 27th but my I-485 wasn't accepted until March 1st-- guess I will just keep track of both threads.

Crazy, I commented on your post in the Feb thread about how we pretty much filed at the same time, but I have not just read that your husband is adjusting from an out-of-status F1-- which is also my scenario. Seems like our cases are pretty much similar.

Yes, I do see our cases being very similar. I will also try to follow the Feb 2012 thread but since the 485 states March 02, 2012, I will probably hang in March.

Hopefully, our cases will be resolved in a couple of months!

-No NOA1s in the mail today, but I am not expecting anything until at least 12th through 15th which will be 7-10 business days after the email confirmation.

Update.

Today March 09th, we just received NOA's for all three Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. We also received the letter informing us that the biometrics as been scheduled for March 27th.

So as taken 6 business days (8 days total) from the email acceptance notifications to receiving all NOAs and Biometrics appointment letter.

All in all, a nice early birthday present

Im so anxious... I still didn`t hear from them NOTHING!!! And the thing that upsets me the most, my driver`s license is gonna expire tomorrow!!! Sucks so bad...I wish I could renew that DL somehow...

I just remembered to check the tracking number from USPS and what they say on the website is "Your item was delivered at 1:45 pm on March 08, 2012 in CHICAGO, IL 60680." Hopefully this week Ill get at least a confirmation on my cellphone or email...

i sent my AOS package on march 6th (i-485,i-130, and EAD concurrently) i sent it usps express mail which i read was pretty much useless...anyways i was supposed to arrive march 8th to the chicago lockbox. so i went on usps tracking and i got this

now when i did check it i SWEAR it said delivered at like 12:30pm that same day the 8th so i was like awesome.. so the 9th outta being paranoid i checked it again and it no longer said delivered it just said notice left...which agrivates me...so idk if my package made it or not..

any one have this issue?

yea i believe it does need a signature and im kicking myself for doing it express..ive researched and its happened to alot of ppl from what i read they lockbox gets a notice and then the uscis person goes and picks up the mail but if its there since the 8th why wouldnt they have picked up their mail by now..argh
