Hi All,

I had my interview on Feb 23rd 2012 and that CO was really rude and he wasn't even listening me very careful and not even paying attention to listen me. He asked me 3-4 question only as below:-

1. How did you met with your fiance ?

2. What exactly you met with her, explain me ?

3. Why did you decide to get engage ?

4. What really attract you about her ?

I was giving the answer of 4th question as "Even she is from American still...", he stopped me and saying that oh because she is from American, that is why ? I said no sir, let me speak and he start issuing me white slip and i was speaking and he gave me two slip in my hand.

One 221g says that Proof of Relationship papers, even i already submitted all those papers before the interview and issued me another 221G for english translation of Birth Certificate. I had submitted all papers again on Feb 23rd 2012 and just waiting and not sure what gonna happen. Just scared and worrying about it so much, please let me know your reviews about it.

That officer didn't hear me careful and i don't wanted to be rude by asking me to listen and all. Please let me know what to do.

There obviously is some miscommunication that seems to have happened here. You probably should have asked for an interpreter, and done your interview in your native tongue. Anyways, as of now, all you can do is provide the proof they require and keep your fingers crossed and pray hard. Many blessings!

Translation of birth certificate in english is a REQUIRED thing and is mentioned multiple times and should have been done before the interview.

For the other part, I have heard mixed reviews. For some its hard.. for some easy. Hopefully when you provide additional documents, that will resolve the issue.

I had provided all the documents on the same day and they were already submitted before the interview as well, i am not sure what to do. How long does it take to be get the answer ?

no one know how long they gone take.

CO also give white paper to my husband. its almost 4 months we have get any response from them.

they did not ask him any document. on the white paper just saying your case under M AP whenever is complete we will send your passport.
