Hello everyone. I called this afternoon and I spoke to a gentlemen and asked for our MNL# and finally they have provided it to us. I called my fiancee this morning in the Philippines and gave her the MNL# and she began signing up for a registration for her Medical appointment to Saint Lukes Hospital? But then she said she was having a problem signing up for a registration because it was asking for the the interview date and it wont allow her to continue on for registration online? Should we go ahead and set an interview date since the registration online is asking for an interview date???? Please your help would be greatly appreciated..

I can give our recent experience on this same topic, we have just did the same thing, this week.

We found out that you have to make the interview appt first, then you can go to St.Lukes, as there is no appt needed. She doesn't have to have completed her interview yet, just have it scheduled, then she can proceed with physical.

FWIW my fiance first appt available for interview was 28 Feb.....

Thanks Ron and Diana that really helps out a lot. I also checked online over at Saint Lukes Medical Registration online that you do need to have the interview appointment date ready. Could you guys kindly provide us the web link where we can set an appointment interview online? Also, the number that your fiancee called to make an appointment at Saint Lukes Hospital. Your help will be greatly appreciated. God bless to both of you and may both of you continue on to this journey. Again thank you..

You got the cart before the horse! You have to go to BPI with passport and $350 and pay for your visa fee, then wait a day and go online with the embassy and schedule your interview date, print out the page with the appointment date. THEN you can pre-register with St. Lukes!

Hello.. I am asking if my fiancee has a MNL Case # can she go online and print the form for medical and then after taking the medical go for the Interview? I ask this because I read on someone else post that she should go to BPI bank and pay and then schedule the interview first. After that, then she should do medical since its first come first serve. Please help...Confused.

1) You do not have to register online in order to complete your St. Lukes medical. However, registering online will save you some time when you go to St. Lukes for your medical.

2) St. Lukes does not make appointments for medicals. They operate only on a walk-in basis.

3) You do not have to have an interview scheduled in order to complete your medical. St. Lukes prefers that you have an interview scheduled and that you submit your interview confirmation printout. However, St. Lukes will allow you to complete your medical using only your MNL case number. As a matter fact, there have been reports here on VJ where people were allowed to complete their medical using only their USCIS NOA petition approval letter.

4) You might want to hold onto your money for the visa fee until you pass the medical. The reason for this is because there's a chance that St. Lukes will require you to undergo an eight-week sputum culture to check for TB. Then, if the culture is positive for TB, you will be required to undergo at least six months of TB treatment. Until you clear these medical hurdles, you will not be allowed to complete your Embassy interview.
