I am the beneficiary of a K-1 Visa. I have a past criminal record, was initially denied a visa, retained a lawyer for help and then received a "waiver of inadmissibility" and was able to come to the USA to marry my now husband. We were married on December 23 2011, now in the process of AOS. So my question is, even though i received the waiver, can i still be denied the AOS??

You shouldn't have a problem as the Inadmissibility has been waived. They can deny you for other reasons but if there is no other cause to deny then you don't have anything to worry about.
