Dear Sir or Madam,

I Kelly C do hereby request USCIS expedite the I-129F Petition Receipt number WAC129014..... on behalf of Rosemarie, for the following Reasons as per USCIS Criteria.

- Humanitarian situation,

Rosemarie is pregnant with my Child a United States Citizen, and having a difficult time with the pregnancy. I can provide a safe home environment with transportation for Rosemarie and our child. I believe her current living conditions put her and our child in danger. Rosemarie must either walk a significant distance to alert a tricycle, Jeepney or a significant amount of time to call a cab. Then it is a 2 hour bus ride each way to her Doctor, which is excruciating to her at times. I believe it is Paramount for Rosemarie to enter The United States as soon as possible. To insure a safe pregnancy

- Severe financial hardship

While I meet the Criteria for the 125% poverty guidelines, my fixed income makes it impossible to support myself here in Idaho, and my family (My future wife Rosemarie and our Baby) Overseas in The Philippines.

- Extreme Emergent Situation

I believe each of these are compelling arguments to expedite, and together would qualify as Extreme Emergent Situation. I ask for your mercy, and believe I have made strong arguments to grant my request.

Please Refer to my I-129F Petition

Yours truly,

Edited by Kelly C

1 Step at a time. Question 1# Is the Doctor willing to provide supportive Documentation to send with your Request? Did you supply this with the Request? (If you did'nt it's just more Papers and Trash.)

Question 2# Do you meet Income requirements for a family of 3 (even though its not 3 yet)

Thats it for now. I believe you very well may have a ligitamate reason for your request.

So, answer and others can help with you question.

Sorry I don't see anything that mandates an expedite.

1) Pregnancy and living conditions there are the norm - for there.

2) Your finances are not of any concern to anyone in this process beyond you proving you make 125% or more of the guidelines. For sure not a reason to expedite.

Not trying to rain on your parade or anything, and I wish you all the best with your efforts, but..............

Sorry Hank. I think if Medical Paperwork is properly Executed and Filed by a Physician/Petitioner and the Petitioner meets Guildlines there is a posible speed-up in the Process. I can relate as so can you, Medical care is NOT around the corner in the Phils.

Without a Doctors Agreement then I see no Avail. If the Doctor agrees, there is a chance.

Yours truly,

You may have confused some of us: I had to read your proposed document 3 times. (You could also confuse USCIS) What your trying to say in SEVERE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP should be RE-WORDED. (It appears you are saying at first you can't afford a Family of 3 but appears you are saying it's hard to be Financially Supportive Across Seas. ? Correct.

1) She goes back to the Doctor on Jan.30. I hope her sister can go with her and help. I have not submitted this yet (I am having you all proof it first) Do you think I should wait until after her appointment to send it to USCIS?

2) Yes I meet the requirement for a family of 3. about 21,400 net. (grossed up is 26800)

Yes i see the confusion, maybe this would seem less confusing

- Severe financialhardship

While I meet the Criteria forthe 125% poverty guidelines, my fixed income makes it impossible to support 2households.

what do you think about that wording?

My Currant Income meets and exceeds Criteria of the 125% Poverty Levels. I'm am supporting 2 households when it just needs to be one and allow me to care for my Financee and the best care for our child. (Maybe someone can reword this) Or add.

YES After the Appointment and clarify in writing to the Physician that you need a Statement on their Letterhead that she is in Dire need of your care. You need it in WRITING Signed and dated to submit with your request. I have NO experience on this but makes sense to me.

Looking better.

UNDER "SEVERE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP" Leave the FIXED INCOME ####### OUT. Makes you look poor,. If you meet the Guildlines leave it alone.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I Kelly C do hereby request USCIS expedite the I-129F Petition Receipt number WAC12901*****on behalf of Rosemarie M for the following Reasons as per USCIS Criteria.

- Humanitarian situation,

Rosemarie is pregnant with my Child a United States Citizen. She is having a very difficult time with the pregnancy. I can provide a safe home environment, transportation for Rosemarie and our child, and care for her needs. I believe her current living conditions in Imus Cavite; put her and our child at unnessarry risk. Rosemarie must either walk a significant distance to alert a tricycle, Jeepney, or wait a significant amount of time after calling a cab. Then it's a 2 hour bus ride each way to her Doctor, which is excruciating to her at times. I believe it is Paramount for Rosemarie to enter The United States as soon as possible to insure a safe pregnancy. Per USCIS criteria, I believe this mandates expedite status.

- Severe financial hardship

While I meet the Criteria for the 125% poverty guidelines, supporting 2 households is impossible, especially when I could be caring for their well-being here at my home in Idaho. I believe this also mandates expedite status.

- Extreme Emergent Situation

I believe each of these are arguments alone meet the criteria to expedite, and together would qualify as Extreme Emergent Situation. I ask for your mercy, and believe I have made a compelling argument to grant my request.

Please Refer to my I-129F Petition

Yours truly,

Kelly C

As other already have said, even if you do have a ground for expedition your letter and your words alone will not do it.

You need a hard copy documents/statements issued by third party authority who has no personal interest in your case.

Because anyone can write a letter then everyone would request expedition.
