Can the sponsor be in another state ????

We were making our plans on going North Carolina so we talked to a friend of ours to be joint sponsor to my husband in North Carolina

now we changed our plans to going to Houston TX ..........Can the joint sponsor be in another state ?

Also we wrote in the I-130 the address that we want the Green Card to be mailed to us in North Carolina

In our interview can we change it to our address in Houston ???????

Yes, the co-sponsor can be anywhere in the USA.

Yes, you can change your address at interview. I'd double check at POE that they have the correct address.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
