Hi everyone! Me and my fiance are still waiting for our petition to be approved now. Been over a month already.. hehe :) Anyways, I just wanna ask... would tattoos be an issue when I'll already be having my medical exam at St. Lukes? I have had these since '09. lol and I have ALOT... I'm a registered nurse though.. lol I have a rib piece, a leg piece, a script below my belly, one on the left side of my tummy, on my left and right butt cheeks... (with my fiance's name).. and I also have 12mm flesh tunnels too. Would I be having any problems with these? I hope not. lol Thanks VJ-ers!! :)....(posted some of my tats.. and it's all dark images and religious images lol no gang related tats lol)

Thank you!!

So when a person gets her body covered in tattoos, what was your expectation, how people would judge you and react? Do they think you are boring, or extreme or unusual?

So when s hot chick in her 20's gets a colored spider tattoo on her body and its hot, just don't think she will like the tattoo when its wrinkled and faded when she is 60.

You gotta think long term when putting graffiti on your body.

Good luck.

Tattoos are forever.

Peace.

Yes, I agree. At this point, attitude comes in. I personally think that sometimes, the most amazing ppl are the ones who have tattoos. Ppl would criticize you, that's a fact. Critiques are everywhere. But being judged my them doesn't define me, it defines them as a person. lol And yes, the skin gets wrinkled, which is great (for me) cuz it's something from my teenage years and those were one of the best years of my life and I never regretted a single second of it, and I'd gladly still show off my tats to my grandkids when I get older and would also gladly tell them that it's always okay for them to express themselves through art but not thru drugs and the like. I may be filled with ink but never did I resort to drugs or any other stupid stuff. I don't even smoke cigarettes. I don't even drink alcohol lol Awkward I know but believe it or not, I am also an achiever. I am an RN, a USRN, and I was a top student when I was in college. :) I am inked, and I'm proud of it. :)

And thanks, Good luck to you too. :) Peace.

I would say, do not judge book by its cover. I think tattos are a piece work of art and am not going to against it at all. I, myself, could never have them for personal reasons. In overall, it must be so painful to get those for sure. I would never dared myself to do so.crying.gif. I know people in person who have tattoos and they are very nice and have good hearts inside.

I don't drink alcohol and smoking as well but won't going to say whoever craving in those are bad people just because they're doing it unless they've started to bothering me with their lifestyle choice.

I read, some people can removed it by laser if they wanted to get rid of -just had a thought about what Megan Fox was doing to removed her Marilyn Monroe's tatto on her arm-. Be yourself, be a good person, and all that matters.rose.gif. Good luck, girl!

Thank you! That's my point actually. hehe :) Morality is never judged according to what you see superficially. It's what's inside that matters. haha and as long as you're not hurting other ppl, then it shouldn't be an issue. :) As long as you're responsible enough with life, then it shouldn't be a problem at all. Thank you girl and good luck to you too!! :)

Good morning, (here it is, lol)...interesting about Fox...I have read that there are lots of actors with tattoo's and some movies, like if its in an earlier time before tattoo's were as common as today, or for certain rolls, they actually use like this makeup to cover the tattoo's and you never see them. What's her face, Angelina Jolie, she does this often in her movies.

Morning tooblush.gif. I read about Fox chose to get rid of Marilyn Monroe's tatto because she doesn't want the bad vibe from her. Angelina Jolie has many tattoos but compare to some other celebrities, Jolie donated more money, doing charities, and adopted unfortunate children - I am not her fan to be honest-. So, do not judge book by its cover. Life is simply beautiful if we sharing happiness together. Have a nice day!smile.gif

They questioned the hell out of my husband in London about his tattoos. He had to explain what they all meant and why he had them. The story was funny but I'm sure his experience was intimidating. Granted, that doctor in London is a doozy. You'll be fine either way ;)
