In 2007 I made fraud marriage the guy who fixed that marriage was arrested cos of other marriages And he probably told on us , after failure to make my wife marry me for real I just left the united stated after filing my application for a green card , I didn't do the interview and I never waited to get an appointment coz at that point I knew that my wife was lying about everything and they just set me up into believing that she really wanted to. Marry me

After 2 years I met another American girl in my country and we fell in love and I told her about everything we decided to get married she helped me divorce my ex and she filed a k1 fiencee visa for me , I was denied after a very long interview at the consulate , the consul told me that since we were not married I could not qualify for a waiver he advised that we marry and then she files a waiver of hardship and he said we should be fine but he advised also that I should come clean about everything coz I didn't say some details that would convict me so what should I do now ? Is there anyhope that they would approve the cr1 visa after marrying my fiencee ? She is epileptic and we can't live in my country coz its like a war zone right now and she is risking her life to come And marry me , she has a disabled brother who needs constant care and can't be left alone

Sorrry for the details but we are very sad And we both have put our lives on hold coz of that I need answers plz if I could be denied again and what the best thing to do right now !! I am very concerened about my last interview for the k1 visa coz he told me if i lied I would be barred from the USA for good , and at the same time If I come clean in the cr1 interview they would find that I lied in some details !!! What do u think I should do !! Plz HELP HELP

You need a lawyer, you entered into a fraudulant marriage, then lied about it when you applied for your K-1 visa.

Clearly this case is complicated. Laurel Scott is a great attorney that offers free chats on Wednesdays, ask her what your options are, she's a straight shooter and will tell you your chances

Good luck

How come she was in your country, a war zone with her medical condition and inability to leave the US.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Really what ????

Maybe I should have just remained silent on this subject.... cause this a subject that infuriates me  my husband and I have been through alot to prove our marriage was bona-fide, his first interview was denied and his case got sent back to uscis for reasons stating :marriage not bona-fide.. we waited a whole year to finally get case reaffirmed and all the while I was pregnant with our daughter here in the states and my husband in china... I gave birth to our daughter without my husband here, my husband did not see our daughter until she was a year old I had to travel with her overseas 22 hour flight... Sorry I jus get emtional when it comes to this subject my husband missed a whole year out of our daughter's life... thank God we got a second chance to prove we are real about our marriage

Marriage Fraud, the CO knows that you were not being completely honest about your previous marriage fraud and is insisting that you be completely open but to do so will compromise you? You are in a compromising position either way. The likelyhood of getting a CR1 seems remote. If you and your loved one want to decide to marry, you may want to consider doing so with the possibility of making a life there rather than the US. You have an uphill battle, now you have the marriage fraud and the denial of K-1 under your belt. Get a good lawyer and hope for the best.

There are second and third order effects to all our decisions, but you already know that now.

Agreed that you went through quite a bit, and indeed tough luck, but it was just that.... You got a tough break.... You aren't the only one. There are many around who've been through as much or even more.... So let's not judge another cos of what we went through please

When consulate judge our marriage and said visa denied based on :marriage not bona-fide! And others that do participate in this does make it hard on others my husband and I suffered as I know we all have ... of course I'm no ones judge and far from holy! This how I feel abt fraud marriage...

YEP tough break(for us all) . And I am humble enough to take correction (to not judge ) ONLY GOD can judge. As I still stand strong against FRAUD MARRIAGE.... Hope all works out for whatever is best for this situation peace... I am not one to be disrespectful of anothers feelings and circumstance... I sincerely hope all works out for the best!!!
