During interview CO ask me this question that How did you become friends & i told him that we met in dubai 3 years ago so i guess he was satisfy thats why He keep my passport , & Yes one of my Friend also get his B1/B2 Visa after 14 months, & my uncle is in AP for 15 months Now & this is his second time , First time He got visa without AP.

It took 10 months for my B1/B2 AP. You cannot speed it up. Just forget it for a while so it comes up quickly

My update date has changed twice in recent days first on 08 july and then it is 11 july. so i hope someone is working on my case.....................

plz can we ask the senetor for re inquairy from the embassy about the case,first he did the email to embassy when 6 month passed now its 8th month,can he do it again?

Yes the Senator can do it again but unless you see the dates changing on the ceac website he will just be told that you are in AP.

last time it was changed in february but after that its the same

I am sorry it has been so long sense you've seen them work on your case. Give it a few more weeks than contact the Senator.

Asalamalakuim. Ramadan mubarak to all, i hope everyone is doing good. I was curious to know something, if anyone could give any insight on this i would appreciate it. Does going to pakistan to see your spouse, and sending the embassy a copy of ur visit like ticket n all make anyyyy difference at all? Any insight would be helpful. Thank you! In Shaa Allah we all will here good news in this blessed month of ramadan.

Hi, not sure if it does, I actually went to the embassy myself, when I visited Pakistan. It was a year and half ago, if it was helpful, it would show it by now.

But it probably would not hurt to do that - our cases are different, and maybe in your case it would help.
