My replies are in bold and I lined out unnecessary items:

confirmation of IV payment and AOS receipts, Not needed, you wouldn't be at this point if these bills had not been paid.

I-130 cop)

DS 230 choice of agent confirmation page The DS-230 an immigrant visa application form; however, you would have used the online DS-260 form. The choice of agent confirmation page is unnecessary.

DS 231 immigrant info printable Did you mean DS-261? If so, then it's not necessary

AOS package original paperwork, mines and joint sponsor (my dadsi)

marriage, his and mine birth certificate marriage certificate yes, his birth certificate yes, your birth certificate NO

his and mine passport Your passport is not required, however, he can carry it with him into to the interview

his mexican id and my drivers license along with social security His passport will be sufficient for identification purposes

interview letter

evidence

trip stubs (flight itenararies)

receipts of stuff we bought for our house in mexico

his work pay stubs

a copy of my bank acct showing him as beneficiary

pet record of pet from mexico What's this?

vacation and wedding pictures with both his family and mine

we will still be getting affidavits from family members of knowledge of relationship( do they have to be written in comp or can they be handwritten? Computer is probably preferable, but no rule that says they can't be handwritten

and he says he can get a police background check from his job... Police certificates are considered unobtainable in Mexico, so this will not be necessary

thank you so very much  lol the pet record is from a dog that we had in Mexico , i was thinking it might be useful for evidence since the vaccination records have his name and mine.and great I will for sure have my mother and sister type the affidavit, and yea I knew that Mexico didn't have police records available, He's mentioned something they make them get due to his job I think its similar to a background check and that if that might be helfpful evidence.

Congrats! I'm going to be going through the same process in Juarez around March (hopefully!).

Please, if you could, write down your process and interview questions they ask down there.

I'm trying to coach my wife for the interview as she's very nervous she might mess up or make a bad impression.

Thanks!
