Hi VJ members,

My fiance and I have an age difference of 21 years, My fiance being 49 and me 28. Is this a problem during my interview? Does anyone experience regarding this matter? I am just worried about this. There is no question with our feelings for each other as we really madly inlove with each other. Our fear is that we just dont want to get deny because of this reason. Help us guys. By the way I am a filipina and will be having my interview soon at USEM.

me and my husband has 29 age gap...and its not a problem at all i'll be fying tomorrow to be with him...so don't worry.....

No it's not a problem for the Philippines. It's quite common for older older guys to marry younger girls.

Your age gap is smaller than others I've seen on VJ, and they got approved. :whistle:

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.

Thank you guys this is a good news for me and my fiance. He is thinking of coming here this December and it is not in our plan. He just want to make sure that its not really a problem. And I am just thinking about his work as I know how busy he is right now work and school. And also to lessen expenses and save money for my trip and everything. :)

i can relate with this topic :yes::ot2: i know someone who have 25 years gap, and u know something??? :secret: it wasn't a problem at all :yes: they got a visa! :thumbs:

age gap is NOT a crime, it's only a numbers :idea:

Hi everyone! I am 5 years older than my fince me being 29 this nov 29th and he's 24..does that matter?
