Hi everyone Please help me with any information you may know or experienced. As you all know it's such a hard time to go through.

I applied i130 for my husband in the united states and was approved and nvc sent everything to Amman Jordan. ( that's where my husband had interview) , everything was going according to plan n were very excited. He got his interveiw in July 2011. We were bummed when the officer told him his case is going to AP. He was given a green paper saying to send in missing documents.

So it's been 3 months we finally got the papers they wanted and were ready to send them in. But just today we looked on the website N it says this:

Your Passport Number is: ********

Case Status: As of 26-oct-2011, your passport is required for additional processing. Please submit the documents listed below to the US Embassy via Aramex within 90 days of the date listed above. Barring unforeseen circumstances that may require additional processing, we hope to adjudicate your application within five to fourteen days from the date we receive your passport. Click here for more information on the Aramex Courier Service. Thank you.

Your Current Passport

....................

I dont understand do they need those requried docs they asked for 3 months ago or they just need his passp? because as you see in the email they r just asking for his passport. I just want him to get visa the fastest way! so does it mean his visa approval ?and why they want his passport and they did not end of AP?

and how many days it take to recieve his passport with visa?

thank you
