Hi all,

I think I finally got this organized today so yeah! After much research and feedback from VJ members, I tried to put this in order of importance to USCIS. Knowing full well that they will disassemble and reorganize it in the way that they want. I'm using one of those divider folders that has 6 sections with the two hole punches on the top. I've used this method for the K-1 Petition and AOS and had no problems or RFE's. Your feedback is welcome as I'll be submitting this next week just waiting on one affidavit from a friend.

-I-751 Supplement with additional information on question from Part 3 #9

-Copy of Green Card (front and back) for Person A

-Copy of Driver's Licenses for Person A and Person B

-Copy of Medical Insurance cards / plan information for Person A and Person B

-Copy of Auto Insurance card and Policy for Person A and Person B

-Copy of membership cards (Costco, AAA) for Person A and Person B

Section 2 -Copy of our Tax transcripts for 2010 (Married filing separately) and 2009 (Jointly filed).

-Selected copies of joint bank account statements from the last two years (checking and savings)

Section 3 -Letter from our Apt complex for proof of residency during first year of our marriage (2009-2010)

-Letter from our Apt complex confirming vacate information (2010)

-Copy of our Homeowner's purchase agreement, title policy and monthly mortgage statements selected from

the past year of our marriage. (2010-2011)

Section 4 -copy of 401K plan A for Person B and beneficiary info named Person A

-copy of 401K plan B for Person B and beneficiary info named Person A.

-copy of 401K plan C for Person A and beneficiary info for Person B.

-copy of Life Insurance policy for Person B with beneficiary info named Person A.

-copy of Life insurance policy for Person A with beneficiary info named Person B.

-Copies of a selected utility bills (Landline, gas, cell phone family plan)

A few things I forgot to add.

-Copy of our security alarm system certificate

-Wedding program and blurb in our Church's newsletter about our marriage.

it looks solid, I would just include your alien number on the cover page, I put it under Nature of Submission in my cover letter. Also, do not forget to put your name and alien # on top of the "I-751 Supplement with additional information on question from Part 3 #9" and sign it too! Best of luck

Still waiting on one affidavit argggh. Need to bug that person.

You have copied of title of your house. What part of the pages did you copy?. Ours are way too thick so I only copied few pages that shows both names and the address where our house is located. Or should we send the entire pages. (lol)

I copied the whole thing including the envelope addressed to us both at our new house. I think ours was like 10 or so pages.

Haha, I found one more piece of evidence. I forgot hubby was on car loan statement so I included that. Also got my last piece of evidence (affidavit) in mail from friend today so it's now signed, sealed and heading to post office tomorrow.
