Alguien podria ayudarme con una duda en la forma i 864 en la parte 6 en la numero 25 dice de lo de los income taxes... y mi esposo tiene trabajando apenas un ano... osea que solo tiene sus income taxes del 2010 no tiene nada en 2008 ni en 2009... le podemos poner que si en el check en donde dice de los 3 anos aun que solo haya trabajado uno? porque para que nos aprobaran la i 129 f tuvimos un co esponsor por la misma razon... entonces como le ppodemos hacer... plisss alguien que me pueda ...

they only have one year and not 3 for tax years.. because on I-129 we had Cosponsor due to this reason..

so how are we to fill this part out correctly..

Sugiero que no mientas al decir que lleva trabajando tres anos cuando solo es uno. Sugiero ademas de someter las pruebas de que trabajo en el 2010(income tax return), obtengas otra vez un co-sponsor para el AOS. Pudera ser el mismo que les firmo para el I-129F o puede ser otro. Asi se aseguran de ser aprobada tu solicitud.
