Today i checked the status of my case at USCIS after denial and they said that:-

On September 20, 2011, the appropriate American Consulate or port of entry was notified of the approval of this case. Please contact them directly if you need more information.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Today i checked the status of my case at USCIS after denial and they said that:-

Was your case after interview sent back for denial? USCIS then reaffirmed it? is that what happened? Might need a little more info about your case for ppl to be able to help more because your timeline only indicates you had interview and admin review..

Was your case after interview sent back for denial? USCIS then reaffirmed it? is that what happened? Might need a little more info about your case for ppl to be able to help more because your timeline only indicates you had interview and admin review..

Firstly i was put on AP after interview i was called twice for interview and after they send my case back, and after it the uscis said that we got ur case back & said that when u take a decision we will notify you, and now finally they update the status now , now i don't know wat does it mean...

looks like they approved it and have notified the american consulate.... hopefully thats waht happened... contact the embassy and see if they have any info on this... i hope its good news!!!

Looks like your case was sent back to the embassy for another interview.

Call Dept. of State 202-663-1225 press 1, then 0....or call the embassy or email the embassy with your case number.

i would contact them and see what info they have if nothing else it will give you a base line for when the case got back to them for another interview etc...

I am trying to call embassy and when i dial the number of embassy its says that " testing 12345 and you call can't be connected good bye" so what does its mean?? :help:

Sombody else was having the same problem not too long ago... i dunno whats going on... there are a couple of numbers listed for the embassy maybe try the other one? go to the portal section into pakistan and see the embassy info.. they list two numbers there.. good luck!

There are two number one is phone number and the other is fax number, but just i sent them email, thanks
