Did my biometrics on friday, in and out in 10 minutes. I keep hoping VSC is going to speed things up, but it looks like I'm in for a long wait, let's hope it'll be for an approval not an RFE

I was just wondering if one will have a touch in case of RFE?

An RFE is an RFE not a touch. It will state RFE on the little notice thing.

A touch is when they move the file from one desk to another, when they open the file and take something out or put something in it etc.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

We're moving back to the east coast in a few days. Hoping USCIS address change works this time... Last time they kept sending to the old address... :wacko:

I hope you filed the Change of Address form with USPS. They are good in re-routing mail. We moved to Arizona in November and keep receiving our mail with a yellow sticker from our old address.

Anybody getting this error message "You are not authorized to access this site" error when trying to do case status inquiry? I inquire my status weekly and was never available online and now I am getting this message. Anybody who has idea?

Hmmmmmmm.... Heard nothing from USCIS since we submitted our RFE... confirmed that they got our package last Nov. 29.... I wonder if the holiday slow the process..... I hope their silence as of now is a good sign that our package is good enough for our RFE.

If you signed up for email updates, would you receive an email notifying you of the RFE or will you just receive the letter through the mail without any online updates?

Yes you would get a notice/online update from an RFE - an RFE is a case changing item.

A touch is not - you would not get any notice for a touch.
