Tier 2 agent

I'm sorry if it's a silly question, but how can I contact a tier 2 agent at USCIS, all I get when I call is the machine

You'll need to call USCIS when they are open -

note you'll get a Tier 1, CSR Sub-human -

once ya got one, you'll need to ask for a Tier 2, Immigration Service Officer.

But the never ask me want I want, they just give me numbers to choose I guess I'll figure it out tomorrow!! Thank you guys
