I had recently asked my friend this same question and she told me what worked for her. They've been approved and everything's fine so this is basically what she put:

"I intend to supply room and board and any necessary financial funds for as long as needed."

Since a "specific" contribution is not known, you don't have to give one. This answer will be good enough. It worked for my friend so I don't see why it wouldn't work for the rest of us.

Hope this helps, try to relax and not stress, it only makes things worse instead.

somehow this posted twice and then I at least got to edit it out, but WHY IS THERE NO DELETE BUTTON??

P.S. CHECK OFF "INTEND". I cannot understand why they would even offer a "do not intend" box when the WHOLE POINT of filling out the affidavit is the intention to sponsor someone. But that's the government for you.

So the correct answer for K-1 filers is to leave the box unchecked and write in "N/A K-1 for permanent visa".

If I checked "Do not intend", should I send another one over? I still have an hour before the drop dead to get the thing to her before she leaves for GUZ.

I'm no expert on I-134, but I checked "Intend" and in the description wrote "I intend to marry X and provide spousal support to X", because that's truly my intention

If you're unsure, go ahead and send both versions. That way you can wait for more advice or opinion to come in, then tell your fiancee which version to use later
