PLEASE review the instruction forms as some of the DS forms are required in DUPLICATE (2 original signature copies).

You'll need to review the list to help identify yourself (passaporte -- tum sayfa, nufus kayit, police archive, etc).... follow exactly what they want.

Then, all supporting evidence of Nisan (pics with family, engagement ring receipts, etc).

The I-134 form must be original form-- signed & dated, and the US Fiance needs to support that form with required documents; I'd have her/ him get that done NOW because getting a US Bank letter takes some time from many banks. It must be on bank letterhead and original signature btw.
