Hi everyone,

(5 years -3 months) of my residency has passed,& i want to apply for citizenship. my only worry is the gap that i have in my stays in the U.S.(I had other gaps but on these ones i always stayed at least 6 months of the year in the U.S.)

i got married in 2009 and 10 months later, i moved to my husband country(never thought about abandoning my U.S. residency)then lived with him for 16 months and between these 16 months i came to theU.S. 2wice before 6-month rule reaches then in this February(4 months ago).(at the end of this 16 months gap) i moved to the U.S. to prepare myself for citizenship (to reach 30 months of residency rule as well). my questions are

1-Do you think i have broken my continuous residency?

2-when i filled out my N-400 form, i noticed that i have been here for 930 days (from total=5year-3) and 880 days out of country. Can it be an issue in denying my citizenship? (since I have lived out of country for 880 days, which is a lot)

unfortunately i can't wait 2,3 months more to apply for citizenship because everything will be shifted 2,3 months. so if i have respected the residency rules, i can apply right now. Right?

thanks for viewing my post and any idea that you have regarding my situation.
