Quick Question:

My husband (petitioner) is not working (this has been the case for quite some time. However, I, his wife, is working and make enough to sponser his mom.

My question is, I know he completes the I-864 regardless if he's working or not, but do I complete the I864A (because I'm a household member helping him meet the guidelines) or do I complete the Joint Sponsor form since he has NO SOURCEof income and I'll be covering the whole amount?

Please advise. Thank you.
