Is it possible to renew the drivers license of a prisoner who lost their residency status because he was convicted of a crime? Would he also lose his Social Security number when he lost his residency? Thanks.

Not quite sure of your question, so i will answer it base on what I think you are asking.

How to renew a LPR drivers license, when he is now out of the country and have lost is LPR status. You can't, he will have to provide evidence that he still have a valid LPR status.

Is his SS number consider invalid if he loses his LPR. NO, his SS number is his for life regardless of his status. Remember a SS number don't give you ant rights, it is only used for record keeping.
