Hey everyone,

I was wondering which DS forms my fiance would have to fill out? I have read a few things but there are confusing parts here and there. So I want to make sure my fiance and I know which DS forms are needed for the interview.

the DS-156 is the one you need to do online since it will generate a bar code. you print it and bring it to the interview. no information is submitted to the Embassy, doing it online just generates the bar code. you can also fill in the others online and print them.
