03-11-2011: mailed AOS packet

03-14-2011: AOS packet received

04-16-11:USCIS lost our I485 forms thus received EAD rejection notice

04-18-11: mailed AOS packet AGAIN

04-19-11:AOS packet received by S. Bush

04-29-11: NOA1 hardcopies for I485 and I765 received :)

05-12-11:Successful walk in biometrics

05-25-11:email notification received stating interview on 6/24

05-27-11:hardcopy for interview received

06-24-11:done with interview.no approval yet

06-25-11: received EAD card

06-29-11:email received AOS approved and green card is on its way! yay! :)

Just look at the list I Have going. The second group with blue dates, are the dates in which one received the official NOA1 The third group with pink dates are biometrics appointment dates. NOTE:

Well I called today to the uscis and they told me that we should wait between 30 and 45 days for our NOA1, she said if we got our delivery confirmation is fine just they have tooo many aplications right now.. hope we will hear news soon!!!

Got our official NOA in the mail today!

Not having really checked this initially I thought I was in the correct thread, but it appears that my case belongs to the adjusting from student/work/tourist visa section since I overstayed on a visitor visa. *CGOlivas, sorry for the inconvenience but you will want to take me off as part of the timeline.

  • 03-11-11 Day 01 = AOS at Chicago Lockbox FedEx Confirmation
  • 04-11-11 Day 32 = AOS Text/eMail Confirmation
  • 04-14-11 Day 35 = NOA (EAD & AOS)
  • 04-15-11 Day 36 = Bio-Metrics NOA
  • 05-10-11 Day 61 = Bio-Metrics Appointment
  • 05-17-11 Day 68 = Submitted Request to Correct Name on 485 & 765
  • 05-23-11 Day 74 = Status online shows I-765 (EAD) Approved
  • 06-02-11 Day 84 = EAD arrived in the mail
  • 06-02-11 Day 84 = Went to SSA office (name wrong on Master Immigration List)
  • 06-12-11 Day 95 = InfoPass to correct name
  • 06-12-11 Day 95 = SSA office again Pending name update
  • 06-??-11 Day ?? = Received Social Security Card
  • 08-03-11 Day 146 = AOS Interview

Good day! We sent our AOS PACKET via EXPRESS DELIVERY last March 25, 2011 and a person with initial JC received it last March 28. Until now, we haven't receive any info or our NOA1, am getting nervous...where can I find out if they received everything or there's some problem with out packet? Please help. Thanks.

We're one of the March 2011 AOS fillers, we sent our AOS Packet last March 25, 2011 and until now, NO NEWS. NO NOA1...hoping and praying for it though. Goodluck to all of us!

Yeah, seems CSC has come to a screeching halt. Several decisions posted in timelines each day in march, and now basically nothing... Boo...

Update - We received our biometrics appointment letter, but it says its for the I765 EAD .. should I be getting a separate one for the I485 or is this correct? Also, the appointment is set for April 29th, my wife and I will be in Mexico visiting her family on that day. Is it pretty standard to be able to do walk in appointments? I know that I can send the notice back requesting a new appointment, but I'd rather avoid any delays like that. If anyone could answer some of these questions for me I would appreciate it. Thanks!
