We received notice of action for i-485, i-130, i-765, and i-131 on April 10th. All seems to be in order so far, at least they got our names and birthdays right and no more money due!

Also, can someone tell me - what additional fees can we expect beyond the initial outlay? Are there extra fees for receiving the actual copies of the green card, etc. or is everything covered by the $1070 + $420?

Congrats so far! And as I understand it, that covers the cost until removal of conditions....

Got our NOA's on 4/11/11. Awaiting for the biometrics appt. Glad to see most of the early March filers heard response from USCIS. Good luck to all of us.

Thank you! They received our package thru FedEx on Mar 11. So exactly one month later we received our first communication (text/email)!

I was going to send an email yesterday inquiring about my concerns that my check has not been cashed and worried that when they finally do I will not have funds available.

I could have sworn that I did send it, but I still had it on draft mode. hehehehe

But now I can be happy for the next day or two, until I start pacing back and forth waiting for the bio-metrics!

Hi everyone!

It seems everyone has been getting their NOA1 except for my husband. Dont get me wrong im happy for all of u but I'll be happier if they'll process our case too. I called them today on behalf of my husband and was transferred to another person and he told me to call back after another 30 days,I told him the website said to call back after 30 days,he didnt even bother to check their system and doesnt seem knowledgeable about the process.He has a very hard accent and is soo hard to understand. Anyways, I called back again and was transferred to a different person and he checked my husbands case and told me to give it another 5-10 days as its not showing in their system yet.I dont know what happened to our case,i checked all the copies we made ,address and check amount and everything is correct,except that we didnt include the txt/email notification form.Our packet has been received and signed for. I check my bank everyday and they still havent cash the $1070 yet.hmmmnnn.

Hey folks...congrats to all those that are getting their notice of actions.....just an update on Natasha and I, we got our NOAH's on April 8 and now we are just waiting on our appointments....hopefully not to much longer on this waiting game.....good luck to everyone else as well as I know waiting and not knowing is the hardest part.

Hi guys!!!

I am one of the March AOS filers and also unlucky!!!

I sent my documents on march 15 to Chicago and they recieved it on march 18,and still waiting i have not gotten any news from them, not cashed the check and no recieved NOA1 yet!! so i am thinking to call them tomorrow to see what is goign on..

I was thinking that i was the only one who had not news but is a big group..I hope all of us can get our NOA1 soon.
