Quick question, it may be dumb but I just want to make sure! If my husband assigned me as his agent.

On the form DS-230,

-question Part I, does it need to be his original signature or do I print his name only

-question #34 of Part II, do I select "Yes" and put my name (wife), my address?

Q1- It needs to your husband's original signature.

Q2- There is no #34 in Part II. You meant #44 probably. I am not sure what others have done in this case. My wife, the beneficiary, filled it out on her own.

Hope this helps.. and good luck.
